1. Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged during transit

Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

Product received has tampered or defective packaging
⚠️ Due to the nature of consumable goods, returns are not accepted for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Original invoice/receipt must be provided

Unboxing photos or videos may be required for verification
Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is inspected:

Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment (PhonePe / UPI / card / bank)

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal taste preference

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Minor variations in color, aroma, or taste due to natural sourcing of tea

Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted

If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method
