1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details (where applicable)


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only

  • Delivery locations are subject to courier service availability


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to specific terms mentioned on the website


4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. Aroma Sip is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the shipment as undelivered

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled as per our Refund & Return Policy.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and products

We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Aroma Sip will not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

Aroma Sip reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
